Actor and dancer Raghav Juyal sustained a leg injury on the set of the much-anticipated Shah Rukh Khan starrer King while performing a high-intensity action sequence. The incident occurred during a demanding stunt routine choreographed for a pivotal scene in the film, currently being shot in Mumbai.
According to a report from Bollywood Hungama, a source revealed that Raghav Juyal was visibly in pain after performing the stunt. Fortunately, a medical team was present on set and quickly provided treatment. The source said, “He was in considerable pain. The doctors have prescribed a heavy dosage of medication to manage it. Doctors had to prescribe strong medication to ease the discomfort.”
Raghav Juyal reportedly chose to keep shooting despite his injury. His strong commitment and professionalism impressed the crew and production team alike. An industry insider shared, “This isn’t new for Raghav. He gave his all in Kill, establishing himself as a true action star. He’s bringing that same energy and toughness to King.”
Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Abhay Verma have already been confirmed as part of the cast. Meanwhile, recent reports suggest that Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, and Anil Kapoor have also joined the project in key roles.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is slated for a 2026 relese.
