After a tremendous opening weekend, the magnum opus Pushpa: The Rise remained super-strong on weekdays as well and registered a massive total in a week at the box office globally. The highly-buzzed Telugu film has got an excellent response from the north also with its dubbed Hindi version.
Stylishstar Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer action drama Pushpa has got succeed to live up to the expectations and gathered positive feedback. As a result, it remained phenomenal over the weekend and did the business of 110.32 crores in the opening weekend that included 45.76 crores on Friday, 31.02 crores on Saturday & 33.54 crores on Sunday.
Then on weekdays, it did the business of 16.13 crores on Monday, 11.18 crores on Tuesday & 8.07 crores on Wednesday. On the next day i.e. Thursday, Sukumar’s directorial minted 6.17 crores and raised its one-week total collection to 151.87 crores including Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam versions.
From its dubbed Hindi version alone, Pushpa has done the business of 26.89 crores in a week with 3.33 crores on Friday, 3.79 crores on Saturday, 5.56 crores on Sunday, 3.70 crores on Monday, 3.60 crores on Tuesday, 3.53 crores on Wednesday & 3.38 crores on Thursday.
Pushpa’ also marks Allu Arjun’s maiden pan-Indian movie, as it is releasing in multiple languages across the country. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead, while Ajay Gosh, Sunil Varma, Anasuya Bharadwaj appear in important roles. Malayalam star Fahad Fassil appears as one of the baddies in the movie.
