Jawan box office collection day 20: Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee’s first collaboration Jawan has been unstoppable since September 7 itself. The original version of Jawan is expected to surpass the Sunny Deol’s blockbuster Gadar 2 by the end of the week.
Bankrolled by Gauri Khan, the Hindi action thriller had started the journey at an earth-shattering note and attained a solid pace afterward. In the last two weeks, it had raked the business of Rs 473.44 crores with Rs 347.98 crores in the first week and Rs 125.46 crores in the second week.
Atlee’s directorial had entered in the third weekend at a solid note and did the business of Rs 32.50 crores that included Rs 7.10 crores on Friday, Rs 11.50 crores on Saturday & Rs 13.90 crores on Sunday. Now it is running on weekdays once again and still has enough hold over the audience.
On 3rd Monday, Jawan had faced a significant drop and bagged the amount of Rs 4.90 crores. On the next day i.e. 3rd Tuesday, the film has managed to collect Rs 4.40 crores and raised 20 days total collection to Rs 515.24 crores nett.
While from Tamil and Telugu versions has earned Rs 43.35 crores in the first week and Rs 11.60 crores in the second week and Rs 2.28 crores in the third weekend including Rs 0.51 crores on its 3rd Friday, Rs 0.75 crores on 3rd Saturday and Rs 1.05 crores on Sunday. On 3rd Monday and Tuesday, Jawan has managed to collect Rs 0.55 crore and Rs 0.46 crore. With this, its 20 days total dubs collection to Rs 58.27 crores nett.
