For those unfamiliar, the Kodava people, also known as Kodavas or Codavas, are an ethno-linguistic group from the Kodagu region in Karnataka. They natively speak the Kodava language, which was anglicized to “Coorgs” by the British Raj. Rashmika’s recent video serves as an enlightening introduction to this unique language and the rich cultural heritage of the Kodava people, fostering greater awareness and appreciation among her diverse fan base.
