South superstar Dhanush and National Crush Rashmika Mandanna team for director Sekhar Kammula’s upcoming film. The untitled venture, which is currently being referred to as D51, is all set to go on floors next year.
As per current reports, it is being said that Dhanush and the team will be kicking off the shoot of D51 in the first half of 2024 in the cities of Mumbai and Cochin. While the exact details of the film are currently being kept under wraps, reports have it that the untitled venture will be set against a political backdrop and it is also being said that the film is inspired by real events.
Produced on a grand scale by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, under the banners of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd, and music by Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad.
The anticipation around the film has been an all-time high with the collaboration of not just the director-actor duo but also because of the star cast which not only includes Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady but it also features superstar Nagarjuna in a pivotal role.
The release date and other details are currently being kept under wraps. However, the makers have maintained that D51 will release in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
