Adipurush box office collection day 3: Om Raut directorial, starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan has managed to register a massive weekend across the country as well as overseas including all the versions- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam.
Produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles’ Adipurush (Hindi) witnessed a solo opening on Friday with collections of Rs 37.25 crore and went on to become the second highest opener of the year after SRK’s Pathaan (Rs 55 crore). However, it remained rock-steady on Saturday with collections of Rs 37 crore.
On the next day i.e. Sunday, it took further a jump and minted 38 crores. With this, its 3 days total collection has become Rs 112.25 crores nett from Hindi screens.
While from the Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions, Adipurush raked Rs 108.85 crores in the first weekend with Rs 49.50 crores on Friday, Rs 28.25 crores on Saturday and Rs 31.10 crores on Sunday.
The film stars Prabhas as Raghav (Ram), Kriti Sanon as Janaki (Sita) and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh (Raavan). It is produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series.
