Welcome Back 12th Day Collection- 2nd Tuesday Box Office Income Report

Welcome Back 12th Day Box Office Collection

John Abraham starrer “Welcome Back” is now slowly inching towards Rs 100 crore mark at the domestic box office. After second weekend, the comedy entertainer’s box office collection stands at approximately Rs 88 crore, which is the seventh highest grosser of 2015. “Welcome Back” minted approximately Rs 11.75 crore in its second weekend, according to Box Office India. The 10-day box office collection of “Welcome Back” is the seventh highest after “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, “Tanu Weds Manu Returns”, “Baahubali – The Beginning” (Bahubali) Hindi version, “ABCD 2”, “Baby” and “Gabbar Is Back”. “Welcome Back” will soon push down “Gabbar Is Back” to seventh highest grosser. The comedy entertainer requires just Rs 3 crore more to beat Akshay Kumar’s “Gabbar Is Back” record. The film will take two or three days more to become the sixth highest grosser, but the film will have to wait till the third weekend to cross the Rs 100 crore mark at the domestic box office. Meanwhile, the film has been mired in controversy after the director Anees Bazmee claimed that the producers are yet to give him his fee amount.

Welcome Back 2nd Tuesday Business Report

On the other hand the latest biggie running in theaters Welcome Back opened with good occupancy and public response Today in spite of Tuesday being pure working day. Day brought decent income in account of the movie. This second weekend has also came with too positive remarks for the movie and by the end of yesterday, total 12th Day i.e. 2nd Tuesday income stands at nearly 2.05 Crores*. Movie has a good story and we were expecting more audience but it has made just good and not extraordinary one impact on cash registers at box office. Another reason of less collection in second week may be the new release Hero which is produced by Salman Khan and directed by Nikhil Advani. We can say on the base of reports by today that the movie is running decently over the screens in India but it might not enter into 100 crores club or the expected mark level. Additionally coming weekend is bringing new good movies so it might again result in drop for John starrer action movie.
