After ‘TKSS’, Shilpa Shinde now offered ‘CNB’
Recently news spread that Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain actress Shilpa Shinde was banned by The Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA). She also blamed that makers of the show for ‘mentally torturing’ her and now with this ban, she would be left out of work. A few days later, she gathered courage and spoke up. She bashed the makers of the show and CINTAA’s ruling as she stated at a press conference, “No one can ban me, who are they to ban anyone from working, I will work. ” Her fans also supported her and on social media, they even suggested that they would boycott the show and channel.
Shilpa Shinde might not be a part of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai anymore. But there’s one point that has been cleared. Contrary to some reports which claimed that CINTAA had issued a lifetime ban on the actress, the governing body has now clarified their stand and explained that nothing of that sort has happened. Shilpa has not been banned and hence she can now sign any other show she wants to.
one of the major reasons for Shilpa to quit the show was the offer she got from Sony TV. Shilpa was approached to play one of the constant members in The Kapil Sharma Show. The producers of Bhabi Ji then refused to let her go, showing her the exclusivity clause she signed before coming on board.
Now, we have heard something more interesting. Owing to her entire controversy, she lost out on Kapil’s new show. But what happened is even more surprising. After the deal with Sony TV fell off, it was rival channel Colors who approached Shilpa for Comedy Nights. The channel has reportedly offered Shilpa a prominent place in Comedy Nights Bachao which also features Kapil’s rivals Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh.
