Welcome To The Jungle Box Office Collection Day 3: Comedy Drama Crosses Rs 65 Crore in Opening Weekend

The film witnessed excellent growth over the weekend, with Sunday recording its highest single-day collection so far. After earning Rs 4.07 crore on Thursday (Paid Preview), Rs 15.33 crore on Friday. Rs 21.02 crore on Saturday, the comedy entertainer surged further on Day 3 (Sunday), collecting Rs 25.41 crore.

Strong Hold Beyond Metro Cities

One of the biggest highlights of the film’s performance has been its exceptional response in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. While multiplexes in metro cities have contributed significantly, the film has found widespread acceptance among audiences outside urban centres, where family-oriented comedy entertainers continue to enjoy strong demand.

Interestingly, the film has achieved these numbers without relying on major ticket discount offers or promotional pricing, reflecting genuine audience interest.

Weekdays Will Be Crucial

After an outstanding opening weekend, the focus now shifts to the film’s weekday performance. Industry observers will closely monitor the Monday-to-Thursday collections to determine whether the film can maintain momentum and continue its successful theatrical run.

If the weekday hold remains steady, Welcome to the Jungle is expected to comfortably cross the Rs 100 crore mark in its first week.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Welcome to the Jungle boasts one of the biggest ensemble casts in recent Bollywood history. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Aftab Shivdasani, and Jackie Shroff in prominent roles.
