Vikram Bhatt is known for making horror films like Raaz, 1920, Shaapit, Haunted – 3D, Raaz 3D, Raaz Reboot, 1921, Ghost, and Judaa Hoke Bhi. Most of his horror movies have impressed the audiences, and now, he is gearing up for the sequel to his 2011 release, Haunted – 3D. Titled Haunted 3D Ghosts of The Past, the movie was officially announced on Wednesday.
Bhatt shared the film’s motion poster on Instagram, featuring a bungalow and a woman standing in front of it. The post was accompanied by a haunting female voice.
Mithun Chakraborty’s son, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, who played the lead role in the 2011 release, will be seen in the sequel as well. Reality show star and actress Chetna Pande has been roped in to play the female lead. The first instalment featured Tia Bajpai in the lead role.
Directed by Vikram Bhatt, Haunted 3D Ghosts of The Past is produced by Anand Pandit, Rakesh Juneja, and Shwetambari Bhatt.
Presented by Mahesh Bhatt and Anand Pandit, the film will hit the big screens on September 26, 2025.
