After showcasing his romantic side, Vijay Deverakonda returns to the silver screen in an all-new intense avatar in his upcoming film Kingdom aka Saamraajya. On February 12, the makers Sithara Entertainment shared the first glimpse of the film and Vijay in a powerful avatar along with unveiling the title.
Adding to the excitement, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has lent his voice to the Hindi teaser, while Jr. NTR and Suriya have provided voiceovers for the Telugu and Tamil versions, respectively. This collaboration has sparked interest among fans across different regions.
The teaser was released with the caption, “#VD12 is #KINGDOM 🔥🔥 Feel the passion, the emotion and the intensity of our world-in the most raw and powerful voices of our favourite stars💥💥”.
The complete cast is yet to be announced. However, Bhagyashree Borse is likely to star opposite Vijay Deverakonda. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the background score of the film, edited by Navin Nooli.
Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, known for Jersey and Malli Raava, Kingdom is set for a theatrical release on May 30, 2025, in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
