Vijay Deverakonda who is basking in the success of his latest film, Kushi, made a heartwarming gesture. Recently the South Indian actor, who is known for his big heart and generous nature revealed that he donated Rs 1 lakh rupees to a girl who lost her leg in a road accident.
Having said that, it is worth mentioning here that, at a recent event, Vijay Deverakonda, along with his co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu, spoke about their latest hit film and the love they’ve received from fans.
Amid the glitz and glamour, Vijay took a moment to share his gratitude and announce a generous donation. He pledged to donate a substantial sum of Rs 1 crore from his Kushi remuneration to 100 families in need.
On the work front, Vijay is awaiting the release of his upcoming film ‘Family Star’ which also revolves around middle-class guys.
With love saga ‘Kushi’ came as a breath of fresh air for his career as his earlier film ‘Liger’ tanked at the box office.
