The trailer for Vettaiyan: The Hunter is out now. Starring superstar Rajinikanth and legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, the forthcoming movie is packed with action, thriller and heavy dialogues.
Directed by TJ Gnanavel, the movie features a stunning star cast comprising Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, Rithika Singh, Kishore, and Abhirami, among others.
The two-minute trailer gives the audience a brief view of Rajinikanth’s movie. The teaser starts with a scene of protest going on in the city over a murder, and the police are struggling to catch the culprit, who probably has good connections with politicians.
As the police department struggles and matters become more intense, Rajinikanth enters as IPS officer, SP Ajith, who is an encounter specialist. Opposite of IPS Ajith’s encounter thoughts, there is an advocate played by Amitabh Bachchan. In the trailer, we also get a glimpse of Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil and Manju Warrier.
The movie has received a U/A certificate from the CBFC. The movie is around 2 hours 43 minutes long. This is Rajinikanth’s 170th film. Vettaiyan is slated for release on October 10.
