Following the success of Pyaar Ka Punchnama Series and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, director Luv Ranjan is returning with another romantic comedy, titled ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’. The film hit the screen today, 8th March 2023 on the occasion of Holi.
Story: The story of the movie is that a boy flirts with a girl and later falls in love, but the girl pretends to be in love with him. Then, for some reason, the boy comes to know that the girl is using him, so the boy thinks to take revenge from that girl. What happens next forms the rest of the film.
Performace: Talking about the performances, Ranbir Kapoor has a superb presence on screen and he is over the top. Shraddha Kapoor is as usual fantastic. Their chemistry is sizzling and they totally look good together. Debutant Anubhav Singh Bassi is perfectly cast and does a good job too. Dimple Kapadia is a delight to watch. Boney Kapoor, Hasleen Kaur, Monica Chaudhary, Inayat Verma (child actor) done their role very well. The cameos of Kartik Aaryan and Nushrratt Bharuccha are surprise package.
Direction & Music: Director Luv Ranjan has done his work very well, which has resulted in such a enjoyable movie. He has also written the screenplay & dialogues of the movie, which are good. Coming to the music of the film, is already a hit and adds more power to Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
Final Words: It was definitely a well balanced film which consists the right amount of romance, comedy, human emotion and drama. Overall, Ranbir-Shraddha starrer is a delightful family entertainer, that is well worth your time.
