Since the morning, Kareena Kapoor Khan has been all over the news. The Crew actress is said to have signed Geetu Mohandas’s Toxic – A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups. The film featuring Rocking star Yash in the lead.
Now, as per sources close informed Bollywood Hungama, “Kareena will be seen in another, very powerful role as Yash’s sister. It is basically a brother-sister story with Yash and Kareena playing inseparable siblings. The director was keen to have Kareena on board in Toxic from the inception of the project. Negotiations were on.”
“Everyone presumed Kareena was being brought into the project as Yash’s leading lady when in fact Kareena was offered a far more powerful role. She has never been seen like this before,” the sources told to entertainment portal.
There remains no official confirmation but we’re expecting one to happen soon!
The film is being co-produced by Venkat K Narayana’s KVN Productions and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. Even though Rocking Star Yash has been a creative producer for all his films since 2014, Toxic will be the first film to release under his banner.
