Tiger 3: Director Maneesh Sharma Opens Up On Salman Khan Starrer: ‘The Audience to enjoy a ‘Diwali Dhamaka’

The much-loved on-screen pair is back again in Aditya Chopra’s Tiger 3 reprising their iconic characters, super-agents Salman Khan aka Tiger and Katrina Kaif aka Zoya from the YRF Spy Universe. As the anticipation for ‘Tiger 3’ continues to soar, director Maneesh Sharma says that YRF has cleverly managed to keep every beat of Tiger 3 under wraps.

In a recent statement, Maneesh Sharma disclosed, “We built the teaser and the trailer of ‘Tiger 3’ to show how Tiger’s story moves forward, but you haven’t even seen 1% of what we have in store – we’re saving the best for the big screen.”

Maneesh added: “Around 50-60 percent of the film are action sequences of great scale, and we wanted to just give you a small peek into what you can expect. We want that surprise and the euphoria you feel when you’re watching something you didn’t even expect.”

He further adds, “With a movie like Tiger 3, it’s crucial to hold back and keep creating suspense, he continues Imagine if we’d just given everything away already! That’s why we made sure that some of our most exciting sequences don’t even show up on the trailer so that Tiger’s fans can gasp and whistle and scream in the halls!

Tiger 3 is a big screen spectacle, and the team wants people to come in and be thoroughly surprised, the director continues. When Tiger 3 storms into theaters this year, they want the audience to enjoy a ‘Diwali Dhamaaka.’ “If we can do that, well, that’s what will give the team of Tiger 3 most joy!” Maneesh Sharma concludes.

The film is set to release on Diwali, November 12, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
