Celebrating Tamil superstar Suriya’s 50th birthday, the teaser for his much-anticipated 45th film, Karuppu, was officially released today, igniting fan frenzy across social media and film circles. Directed by actor-filmmaker RJ Balaji, Karuppu promises a raw, culturally charged cinematic experience rooted in folklore and justice.
Taking to its X timeline, Dream Warrior Pictures, the production house producing the film, wrote, “On this special day of celebrating @Suriya_offl sir, we’re thrilled to present the powerful teaser of #Karuppu #KaruppuTeaser.”
Apart from Suriya, the film also stars Trisha, Swasika, Indrans, Yogi Babu, Sshivada, Natty Subramaniam, and Supreeth Reddy.
The film is being directed by actor-turned-director RJ Balaji and produced under the Dream Warrior Pictures banner. The latest Tamil music sensation, Sai Abhyankkar, is scoring the soundtrack.
The editing is by R Kalaivanan, and action scenes are choreographed by Vikram Mor. Art direction is handled by Arun Venjaramoodu.
