Actors Suriya and Bobby Deol-starrer ‘Kanguva’ finally gets a release date. On June 27, Lead actor of ‘Kanguva’ announced the film’s release date with an official poster.
Suriya shared a new poster of his look from ‘Kanguva’ and announced the film’s release date. He wrote, “Dear all, it’s 10th October 2024 #Kanguva from Oct 10 (sic).”
The movie will have a face off with the Rajinikanth’s Vettiyan and Alia Bhatt’s Jigra. Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan’s Vettaiyan will be released on October 10. Whereas Alia Bhatt’s Jigra will be released on October 11.
Directed by Siva, Kanguva is touted to be among the most expensive films of this year. With a reported budget of over Rs 350 crores, the film, which stars Suriya in six roles, is being shot in Tamil and will be dubbed in 37 other languages from around the world.
Kanguva marks Disha Patani’s debut in the Tamil film industry. Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, Ravi Raghavendra, K. S. Ravikumar, and B. S. Avinash play other prominent roles in the movie.
