Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari 8th day box office collection: Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which initially sparked curiosity due to its family appeal, has failed to meet expectations at the box office, with its opening momentum quickly fizzling out.
The film made a decent start on Thursday with Rs 10.11 crores, but the numbers quickly dropped as the weekend progressed. On Friday, the collections fell to Rs 6.01 crores, signaling a loss of initial excitement. Saturday saw a slight uptick to Rs 7.80 crores, followed by Rs 8.20 crores on Sunday.
While there was some improvement, it was not enough to generate the kind of box-office spike needed to build sustained momentum. As the weekdays arrived, the film’s collections continued their decline. Monday saw Rs 3.25 crores, followed by a small recovery to Rs 3.60 crores on Tuesday.
However, Wednesday brought further drops, with the film earning just Rs 2.61 crores. By Day 8 (Thursday), the film’s performance had taken a sharp turn for the worse, grossing a mere Rs 2.42 crores. With this, it’s one week domestic total collection has become Rs 44 crores nett.
The extended Week 1 numbers reflect an underwhelming response to the film, leaving its future prospects uncertain.
Jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Mentor Disciple Entertainment, SSKTK stars an ensemble cast of Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf, alongside Maniesh Paul and Akshay Oberoi in supporting roles.
