Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari 1st day box office collection: Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari released yesterday, attracting considerable attention as a fresh addition to the Bollywood festive lineup.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film offers a blend of traditional Indian family values with modern romance, wrapped in vibrant music and colorful visuals. However, the film has received mixed reactions from both critics and audiences.
On its opening day, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari earned Rs 10.11 crore at the domestic box office. The movie drew decent footfall in metropolitan cities such as Mumbai and Delhi, while also seeing moderate interest in Tier-2 and Tier-3 centers.
Produced by Dharma Productions, the cast of the film includes Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Rohit Saraf, Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul, Abhinav Sharma, and Akshay Oberoi.
The film faces stiff competition from Rishab Shetty’s ‘Kantara Chapter 1‘, the Kannada prequel that has stormed the box office with an impressive pan-India opening of over Rs 60 crore nett.
