Cinemas Are Back Now! After having watched Sooryavanshi, We feel that the decision to release the film in theatres was the most appropriate decision by the makers.
Plot:- Sooryavanshi was pretty much self-explained in its trailer, where it’s top eponymous ATS cop (Akshay Kumar) has to stop a series of bomb blasts by terrorist sleeper cells, set to supersede anything done in the ’93 serial blasts or the 26/11 attack. It’s in the how and where this unfolds that Rohit Shetty displays his genius in Sooryavanshi.
Performance:- Akshay Kumar is in top form, knockout performance. Katrina Kaif has a limited role, but she looks stunning on screen and her sensual moves to the iconic song ‘Tip Tip Barsa Paani’ gives touch competition to Raveena Tandon. Abhimanyu Singh is menacing and delivers a convincing performance. Ajay Devgn’s action and Ranveer Singh’s comedy is definitely a masterstroke for the film. Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Jaaved Jaaferi, Niharica Raizada, Vivan Bhatena, Sikandar Kher and Nikitin Dheer performances well. All the supporting casts have done commendable job.
Direction:- Rohit Shetty done a FABULOUS job in each frame such as Action, Emotion, Comedy, especially Climax. The last 25 minutes of the film will give you goosebumps.
Overall:- On the whole, Sooryavanshi is a sure-shot winner – paisa vasool entertainer. Go and watch the film with your family for this festive season, you won’t get disappointed.
