Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn today unveiled the much-anticipated first look of his upcoming film Son of Sardaar 2, sending fans into a frenzy across social media. The poster marks the return of Jassi, the iconic character that became a fan favorite in the original 2012 blockbuster.
Taking to his social media handle, Ajay wrote, “The Return of the Sardaar 🔥 #SOS2 in cinemas near you on 25th July. #SardaarIsBack #SonOfSardaar2.”
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, Son of Sardaar 2 stars Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur in lead, the film is expected to feature Sanjay Dutt reprising his role from the original, along with returning cast members Mukul Dev and Vindu Dara Singh. New additions to the cast include Kubbra Sait, Neeru Bajwa, Deepak Dobriyal, Sharat Saxena, Roshni Walia, and Ashwini Kalsekar — promising a vibrant mix of talent.
Son of Sardaar 2 is presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, and produced by Ajay Devgn along with Jyoti Deshpande, NR Pachisia, and Pravin Talreja. Kumar Mangat Pathak joins as the co-producer.
With the buzz building, all eyes are now on this sequel that promises to pack in double the laughter, charm, and cinematic energy. The film’s theatrical release is set for 25th July 2025.
