Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty to begin shooting for their upcoming film Singham 3 from today. The upcoming instalment titled Singham Again is the third film from the Singham franchise after Singham and Singham Returns.
Announcing the same on social media Ajay Devgn shared pictures with a captioned, “12 years ago, we gave Indian Cinema its biggest cinematic Cop Universe. With all the love we have received over the years, the force got stronger and the Singham family got bigger. Today we come together to take our franchise ahead with Singham Again! #RohitShetty #SinghamAgain.”
On the same Akshay Kumar aka Sooryanvashi took to social media handle and wrote, “Not in the country at the moment, missing from the frame in person but totally there in spirit. Can’t wait to join you guys on the sets of #SinghamAgain! Sending my best wishes. Jai Mahakaal 🙏🏻”
At the song launch of Cirkus last year, Rohit Shetty announced that Deepika Padukone will be seen as the Lady Singham in the third installment of the franchise. She will be seen as Ajay’s sister, and a recent report also suggested that Arjun Kapoor will be playing the main villain in Singham Again.
However, there’s no confirmation about any of these reports. Now, the film has gone on the floors, so let’s hope we will get a proper announcement about each and everything.
