Sikandar 2nd day box office collection: The much-anticipated Salman Khan starrer Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss, finally hit the screens on March 30, 2025, coinciding with the festival of Eid.
On its opening day, “Sikandar” earned Rs 30.06 crore in India. This figure is notably lower compared to Salman Khan’s previous Eid releases. The film’s second-day collection was slightly higher than its opening day, but overall the film’s performance was considered below expectations for a Salman Khan film released during the Eid.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Sikandar witnessed a slight boost in its collection on Saturday and raked in Rs 33.36 crore, taking its domestic total collection in the first two days to Rs 63.42 crore. The film’s performance on Day 3 and the upcoming week will be critical in determining its overall success at the box office.
If it continues to grow slowly but steadily, it might have a chance to recover its costs and turn profitable.
Also featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi and Prateik Babbar, Sikandar is AR Murugadoss’ first Hindi film in nine years since the Sonakshi Sinha-starrer Akira (2016).
