And.. The wait is over now! The makers of Salaar has been announced the new release date. The action-thriller which was earlier scheduled for a September 28 release, was postponed due to technical issues.
Production House shared the news on the official social media handle of Hombale Films on Friday morning. The makers also shared a poster of the film featuring Prabhas. They wrote, “ππ¨π¦π’π§π ππ₯π¨π¨ππ² ππ¨π¨π§! #SalaarCeaseFire Worldwide Release On Dec 22, 2023.”
The much-hyped action entertainer features an ensemble cast playing pivotal characters. Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the antagonist’s role Varadharaja Mannaar in the movie. Jagapathi Babu played Raja Mannaar. Shruti Haasan plays the female lead’s role Aadya.
In addition, the movie stars Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, Brahmaji, Naga Mahesh, Dubbaka Bhaskar Rao, Gemini Suresh, etc.
However, now it’s confirmed that ‘Salaar‘ will clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki‘ in theatres later this year during the Christmas weekend.
