Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire box office collection day 5: Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer Salaar is getting an overwhelming response from the public across the country.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, the action-thriller took the solid start on Friday with Rs 90.70 crores. On an excellent note, the film did the business of Rs 209.55 crores in the opening weekend including Rs 56.35 crores on Saturday and Rs 62.50 crores on Sunday.
Then on Monday due to the Christmas holiday, the film remained super-strong and bagged Rs 46.05 crores. With a slight decline, it bagged the amount of Rs 24.90 crores on Tuesday and has put a total of Rs 280.50 crores nett on the board after 5 days at the domestic box office including all versions.
Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is produced by Hombale Films, the film also stars Sriya Reddy, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.
The film will release in two parts with the second part titled Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam.
