Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire box office collection day 2: Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s first collaboration, Salaar, is making all the noise at the box office. The film opened to raving reviews, and fans are flocking to theaters to watch the action drama.
After getting postponed multiple times, the action-thriller finally hit the theatres on December 22nd in five languages. According to a statement, issued by Hombale Films on Friday, the film had grossed Rs 178.70 crore on opening day.
Opened on a phenomenal note, it minted an amount of Rs 90.70 crores on Friday. With a slight decline on Saturday, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire managed to collect Rs 56.35 crores nett and has registered a 2-day total of Rs 147.05 crores nett at the domestic box office including all languages.
Whereas at the worldwide box office, the film has crossed the mark of Rs 295.70 crores gross in just 2 days.
Along with Prabhas, Salaar also features Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan, Tinnu Anand and Jagapathi Babu.
