Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani box office collection day 19: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer RRKPK has managed to have a glorious run at the box-office and it continues to remain steady even as it entered its third week. This family comedy drama starrer has continued to remain steady despite new releases like ‘Gadar 2’ and ‘OMG 2’.
Karan Johar’s directorial was opened at an excellent note and registered the seventh highest of the year of 2023. In the first week, with a solid pace, it had raked the business of Rs 73.33 crores that included Rs 45.90 crores in the weekend and Rs 27.43 crores in weekdays.
Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios’ production had managed to remain strong and did the business of Rs 26.56 crores with Rs 31.75 crores in the weekend and Rs 15.70 crores in weekdays. After 2 weeks, the total collection of the film was recorded at Rs 120.78 crores nett.
Then in the third weekend also despite ‘Gadar 2’ and ‘OMG 2’, RRKPK managed to score strong business of Rs 10.05 crores, that included Rs 2.35 crores on 3rd Friday, Rs 3.70 crores on 3rd Saturday, and Rs 4 crores on 3rd Sunday.
Now the movie is running on weekdays once again and still has enough hold over the audience. On 3rd Monday, it minted the amount of Rs 2.65 crores. On the next day i.e. 3rd Tuesday, with a little jump due to Independence day holiday, RRKPK collected Rs 3.54 crores and raised its 19 days total domestic collection to Rs 137.02 crores.
