Known for his immersive performances in films like Newton, Trapped, and Stree, Rajkummar Rao now ventures into darker territory with Maalik. The first look, unveiled recently on Rao’s birthday, shows him in a fierce new avatar—armed, brooding, and intense.
Sharing the new poster on social media, Rao wrote, “#Maalik ka aadesh hai – unhone aapko milne bulaya hai aaj. 💯 Teaser Out Today At 2 pm! #Maalik aa rahe hai apke nazdeeki cinema gharo mein 11th July se!”
Directed by Pulkit, the official teaser of Maalik drops today at 2 PM, and it’s expected to showcase the raw energy and high-stakes action that defines the film.
Maalik is produced by Kumar Taurani under the Tips Films banner and Jay Shewakramani’s Northern Lights Films.
The film will release theatrically on 11th July 2025.
