After the successful re-release of ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ (2016), Deepak Mukut is now all set to bring back the 2017-released film ‘Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana’ to theaters. The rom-com film features Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda in leading roles.
Kriti Kharbanda took to her official Instagram handle on Monday morning and shared the delightful news with her fans, alongside a heartwarming note.
Kriti noted, “Love at first sight. Second time: Love all over again! #ShaadiMeinZaroorAana is coming back to the big screen this Friday, March 7th, all because of your love. You’ve laughed, cried, and rooted for Aarti & Sattu in the past but now it’s time to feel it all over again, in a theatre, with popcorn in one hand and nostalgia in the other. Let’s make this reunion special… Shaadi thi, ab baarat lekar theatre zaroor aana! Raj and I cant wait to host you with aadar and satkaar!”
Directed by Ratna Sinha and produced under Vinod Bachchan’s Soundarya Productions, the film tells the story of Aarti and Sattu. Aarti agrees to an arranged marriage but flees on the wedding day. Sattu later returns as an IAS officer seeking revenge.
The film will re-release on March 7, that is, in the Women’s Day week.
