The wait is finally over! The much-awaited trailer of superstar Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule is finally here. Directed by Sukumar, the sequel to the 2021 pan-Indian blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise features Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil reprising their roles from the first part.
Promising to be bigger, more dangerous battle of a fearless gangster, Pushpa 2 promises to take audiences on an adrenaline pumping ride as Pushpa expands his reign and terror from ‘national to international’.
The trailer also showcases glimpses of his chemistry with Srivalli, who is now the wife of the gangster, along with a sneak peek into the dance number performed by Sreeleela. Fahadh Faasil turns menacing as he is all set to have a major showdown with the sandalwood smuggler and gangster in his attempt to seek revenge.
Interestingly, the film marked the maiden national awards for Allu Arjun and Devi Sri Prasad. However, it is speculated that Devi Sri Prasad will only contribute to the songs of the film while Thaman has been roped in for the background score.
Pushpa 2 will also have actors Anasuya Bhardwaj, Sunil, Dhananjaya, and Ajay in pivotal roles. The film will hit the theatres on December 5.
