Director Siddharth Anand latest release, Pathaan has made Rs 300 crores at the domestic box office and has become the fastest one to reach the mark. And within 7 days of its release, the action entertainer has cooked up a storm at the box office.
Pathaan was opened on Wednesday at a Historic note and had registered the biggest opening of all time in Hindi Cinema with Rs 55 crores. Afterwards, it had maintained a solid pace and did the business of Rs 68 crores on Thursday, Rs 38 crores on Friday, Rs 51.50 crores on Saturday & Rs 58.50 crores on Sunday.
The film is now running on weekdays but still maintaining a superb pace and had minted the amount of Rs 26.50 crores on Monday. On the next day i.e. Tuesday, it faced a normal drop and bagged Rs 22 crores. After 7 days, its total collection has become Rs 318.50 crores from its Hindi version only.
While, Tamil + Telugu raked Rs 9.75 crores in the first weekend with Rs 2 crores on Wednesday, Rs 2.50 crores on Thursday, Rs 1.25 crore on Friday, Rs 1.75 crore on Saturday, and Rs 2.25 crores on Sunday. On Monday, Shah Rukh Khan starrer had managed to collect Rs 1 crore, while collected Rs 1 crore on Tuesday. After 7 days, the total collection of the film has become Rs 11.75 crores nett.
With this, its 7 days total collection of Rs 330.25 crores nett at the domestic box office including Rs 318.50 crores from Hindi & Rs 11.75 crores from Tamil & Telugu.
