Shah Rukh Khan’s action-thriller, Pathaan, is continuing its dream run at the box office on its 14th day. The high-octane action drama film has already done the box office business of Rs 446.20 crore.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan was opened at an exceptional note and had registered the biggest opening of all time in Hindi Cinema with 55 crores. Over the extended opening week, it had remained super-strong and did the business of 351 crores that included 271 crores in 5-days weekend and 80 crores in weekdays.
In the second weekend as well, the film had maintained an excellent pace and did the business of 63.30 crores with 13.50 crores on Friday, 22.50 crores on Saturday & 27.50 crores on Sunday. Now it is running on weekdays and still has a solid hold over the audience despite a significant drop in footfalls.
On 2nd Monday, Pathaan had recorded a drop of 38.90 % vis-a-vis 2nd Friday and minted the amount of 8.25 crores. On the next day i.e. 2nd Tuesday, at a steady note, it has bagged the amount of 7.50 crores and raised its 14 days total collection to 430.25 crores from its Hindi version.
While its Telugu and Tamil versions of Pathaan earned 0.30 crores on Monday and 0.25 crores on Tuesday, taking the total collection of the dubs to 15.95 crores including 13.15 crores in the first week and 2.25 crores in the second weekend.
