Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha have officially entered a new chapter in their lives — as parents. The couple announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy, on Sunday, sending a wave of joy through the entertainment and political spheres alike.

The announcement, shared on social media alongside a soft-toned image featuring baby footprints, was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages from fans, family, and celebrities. Among those sending love were Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Anushka Sharma, and Kriti Sanon.
Parineeti, 36, and Raghav, 36, tied the knot in a serene yet star-studded ceremony in Udaipur in September 2023. Their relationship, kept mostly private in the early stages, captured national attention as two high-profile individuals from vastly different worlds — cinema and politics — came together.
In August 2025, the couple shared they were expecting their first child with a heartfelt post captioned: “Our little universe is on its way. Blessed beyond measure.”
True to her words in earlier interviews, Parineeti had often expressed her desire to have a big family. In one 2022 conversation, she spoke openly about wanting “lots of children” and even considering adoption.
