The trailer for the much-anticipated film, Odela 2 was released on Tuesday, April 8, after a grand teaser was unveiled at the renowned Maha Kumbh Mela a few weeks ago. A sequel to the 2022 film Odela Railway Station, Odela 2 starring Tamannaah Bhatia in lead role.
In Odela 2, Tamannaah steps into the role of Shiva Shakthi, a powerful and mystical Naga Sadhu, marking a dramatic departure from her previous roles. Draped in ash and intensity, she embodies spiritual strength and divine wrath as she takes on demonic forces that terrorize a rural village.
The trailer showcases her transformation into a spiritual warrior, combining intense physicality with emotional depth. A standout moment features Tamannaah wielding a Trishul in a ferocious pose, invoking Goddess Durga as she prepares to confront the evil tormentor.
The upcoming film also stars Hebah Patel, Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamshi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Sampath Nandi. The background score is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath.
Odela 2 will release in thetares on April 17.
