Nayyi Navelli Box Office Collection Day 3: Film Shows Limited Weekend Growth, Holiday Test Begins

From laughter and cheers to moments of surprise, Nayyi Navelli is bringing cinemas alive with the energy of a festive family outing. With its Ramayan connection, desi fantasy and an eccentric family at its heart, the film blends the familiarity of Indian storytelling with the fun of a larger-than-life theatrical entertainer.

Nayyi Navelli Box Office Collection Day 3: Film Shows Limited Weekend Growth, Holiday Test Begins

The film collected Rs 4.60 crore in worldwide gross box-office collections (GBOC) on Day 1, followed by Rs 5.70 crore on Day 2 and Rs 5.96 crore on Day 3, taking its opening weekend worldwide GBOC to Rs 16.26 crore.

However, Nayyi Navelli has witnessed an ordinary opening weekend, with collections showing limited growth over Saturday and Sunday. The film recorded a 19.04% jump on Saturday, followed by a 13.50% increase on Sunday, whereas a stronger upward trend was essential.

As per the latest Week 1 box-office figures, Nayyi Navelli collected Rs 3.36 crore on Friday, Rs 4 crore on Saturday and Rs 4.54 crore on Sunday, taking its three-day total to Rs 11.90 crore. These figures reflect a separate box-office reporting metric from the worldwide GBOC figures mentioned above.

The film now enters the crucial weekdays, with the Dussehra holiday on Tuesday expected to provide a potential boost to collections. The holiday could help attract more families to cinemas and give the film an opportunity to build momentum beyond its opening weekend.

Directed by Balaji Mohan and written by Himanshu Sharma and Divy Nidhi Sharma, the film stars Yami Gautam Dhar, Addinath M. Kothare, Anurag Thakur, Sunita Rajwar, Mita Vashisht, Aaditya Kulshreshth, Susmita Mukherjee and Pratiek Pachori. Produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma, the film features music by G. V. Prakash Kumar.

An Amazon MGM Studios and Colour Yellow production, Nayyi Navelli is currently playing in cinemas. With the Dussehra holiday approaching, the film will look to attract more moviegoers and improve its box-office performance in the days ahead.
