Music School Third Song Hichkole OUT: Upbeat tunes that will take you on a musical adventure

Directed and produced by IAS turned filmmaker Paparao Biyyala, Music School is a musical with a total of eleven songs, of which, three are adapted from the classic international musical ‘The Sound of Music’, suiting the sensibilities of Indian audiences. While most of the songs from the film offer a western flavour with its music, owing to the Goan influence in the narrative of the story, the latest song ‘Hichkaule’ offers an Indian touch as per the suggestion of music maestro Ilaiyaraaja.

Composed by Ilaiyaraaja, Hichkaule is sung by Priya Mali and Karthik, with lyrics penned by Dr. Sagar and Raman Raghuvanshi and choreographed by Raju Sundaram. Tracing the joyous and entertaining train ride of the young kids starring in the film, Hichkaule takes the audience on the scenic journey from Mumbai to Goa assisted by the melodious and upbeat music.

Shot in Ramoji Film City Hyderabad, the song is filmed in the outdoors featuring the young star cast dancing their hearts out despite the heat. Music School is a musical narration of the sensitive and prevailing concern of academic pressure subjected to young students by the society, parents and teachers.

The grandeur look of the film was captured by ace cinematographer Kiran Deohans. The cast includes Shrya Saran, Sharman Joshi and Prakash Raj in leading roles in addition to debutant Ozu Barua and Gracy Goswamy in critical roles. Other cast comprises of Benjamin Gilani, Suhasini Mulay, Mona Ambeognkar, Leela Samson, Bugs Bhargava, Vinay Varma, Sreekanth Iyengar, Vaquar Sheikh, Phani and many other child actors.

Presented by Yamini Films, Hyderabad, this multi-lingual film is shot in Hindi and Telugu, and dubbed in Tamil. It is releasing on 12th May 2023 by PVR in Hindi and Dil Raju in Telugu.
