Mission Raniganj and Thank You For Coming box office collection day 6: Akshay Kumar’s recent much-awaited offering Mission Raniganj managed to pick up over the weekend after a low start and now slowing down again in weekdays.
Directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, it had raked the business of only Rs 12.60 crores in the weekend which included Rs 2.80 crore on Friday, Rs 4.80 crores on Saturday and Rs 5 crores on Sunday.
Now on weekdays, Pooja Entertainment’ production is, unfortunately, showing a downtrend. On Monday, it faced a major drop and minted Rs 1.69 crores. With a further dip, the film bagged Rs 1.57 crores on Tuesday & Rs 1.38 crore on Wednesday & raised its 6 days total domestic collection to Rs 17.24 crores nett.
On the other hand, Bhumi Pednekar starrer Thank You For Coming has raked the business of Rs 4.42 crore from 550 screens, that included Rs 1.06 crore of Friday, Rs 1.56 crore of Saturday and Rs 1.80 crore of Sunday.
Then on weekdays, Karan Boolani’s directorial managed to collect Rs 0.80 crore on Monday & Rs 0.75 crore on Tuesday. On the next day i.e. Wednesday, it minted 0.62 crore and raised its 6 days total collection to Rs 6.56 crores nett at the domestic box office.
