Former Miss World and rising Bollywood star Manushi Chhillar is all set to make a bold move in her cinematic journey by joining the cast of Maalik, a gangster action thriller headlined by Rajkummar Rao.
Directed by Pulkit, the film marks a significant turn in Chhillar’s career as she takes on a more intense, performance-driven role. Known for her elegant screen presence in films like Samrat Prithviraj and The Great Indian Family, Manushi’s role in Maalik ki Mohabbat is said to be both powerful and layered — a far cry from the romantic and regal characters she’s portrayed so far.
Rajkummar Rao commands the screen with a gritty, never-seen-before avatar, bringing raw power, menace, and charisma to his role as Maalik.
