Leo and Bhagavanth Kesari box office collection day 8: Thalapathy Vijay starrer Leo and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari have completed their extended opening week on a glorious note.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo did a business of Rs 181.40 crores in the extended opening weekend which included Rs 64.80 crores on Thursday, Rs 35.25 crores on Friday, Rs 39.80 crores on Saturday & Rs 41.55 crores on Sunday.
Then on weekdays as well, it maintained a strong pace despite a significant drop and minted an amount of Rs 35.70 crores on Monday, Rs 32.70 crores on Tuesday, and Rs 13.70 crores on Wednesday. With a slight decline, the film managed to collect Rs 8.90 crores and has increased its 8-day total collection to Rs 264.25 crores net in India.
In parallel, Bhagavanth Kesari has shown solid performance at the box office. As the result, the film had scored Rs 40 crores in the opening weekend which included Rs 16.60 crores on Thursday, Rs 7 crores on Friday, Rs 7.80 crores on Saturday & Rs 8.60 crores on Sunday.
On weekdays, surprisingly, Anil Ravipudi’s directorial remained rock-solid and did a business of Rs 7.65 crores on Monday, Rs 9 crores on Tuesday, and Rs 5 crores on Wednesday. Then on Thursday, it recorded a slight drop and bagged an amount of Rs 2.90 crores. With this, it has registered a total of Rs 64.55 crores within a week.
