Kushi day 1 box office collection: Kushi starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu hit the theatres on September 1st. The film is a romantic comedy, has released in five languages Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
There was a lot of hype surrounding the film all over South India, thanks to intriguing promotions by Vijay-Samantha and team.
Talking about the box office performance, on the opening day, Kushi has collected an amount of Rs 15.25 crores which included Rs 14.70 cr from Telugu and Rs 0.55 crore from Tamil. Also, In the US, the film has taken off to a great start.
Written and Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film has received decent reviews and is riding on good buzz. As it is a clean family drama, the occupancy will also grow in the days to come.
The biggest advantage for Kushi is that there is no big film that is releasing in the next two weeks or so.
