Early estimates indicate that on its third day, Sunday, April 20th, “Kesari Chapter 2” raked in approximately Rs 11.70 crores net in the Indian market. This growth is a welcome sign for the period drama, especially after its opening day collection of Rs 7.84 crore net and a subsequent rise to Rs 10.08 crore net on Saturday.
The estimated total net collection for the film’s opening weekend now stands between Rs 29.62 crore. This upward trend on Sunday suggests a strong audience interest and positive word-of-mouth for the Karan Singh Tyagi directorial.
