After exploring the romantic and drama space through the last 25 years, filmmaker Karan Johar is all set to direct an action film next. Also, he shares a major update on ‘Dulhania 3’, which is the threequel of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.
In a recent Interview with Pinkvilla, Karan Johar said: “Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, he wasn’t too keen on creating too many sequels. I don’t know how to plan these things.”
“We do want to make the third Dulhania film and I hope we will at some point. It’s a love story franchise, that actually doesn’t exist. It’s only us that made it. Humpty, Badri and now we are looking forward to making another Dulhania film,” he added.
Varun was last seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Bawaal’ co-starring Janhvi Kapoor. The film received positive review from the audience and the critics alike. He will next be seen in ‘Sanki’.
On the other hand, Ali Bhatt is currently flying high on the success of her latest film, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ with Ranveer Singh. She will next be seen in her Hollywood debut, ‘Heart of Stone’.
