Kantara Chapter 1 15th day box office collection: Rishab Shetty’s Kantara Chapter 1 has wrapped up its second week on a remarkable note. The film, which released on October 2, has become one of the biggest success stories of 2025, sustaining superb numbers for 15 straight days.
The film opened to extraordinary numbers, collecting Rs 110.10 crore in its first week itself. Its strong word of mouth ensured a solid second week, starting with Rs 7.10 crore on Friday, followed by Rs 14.37 crore on Saturday, Rs 14.65 crore on Sunday, Rs 4.45 crore on Monday, Rs 6.50 crore on Tuesday, Rs 4 crore on Wednesday.
On 2nd Thursday, the film maintained its strong hold by earning an additional Rs 3.50 crore, taking its total collection to Rs 164.67 crore.
With a fantastic second week and minimal drops, trade analysts believe the film could comfortably surpass Rs 175 crore in its third weekend and may soon enter the Rs 200 crore club — a rare feat for a Kannada-origin film.
Produced by Hombale Films, Kantara Chapter 1 also features Rukmini Vasanth, Jayaram and Gulshan Devaiah in lead roles. The film released in theatres on October 2 worldwide, with premiere shows in selected theatres on October 1.
