The much-awaited release date of Vishnu Manchu starrer ‘Kannappa’ was announced today. The team unveiled a poster showcasing a trident to reveal the release date. Initially, the film was planned for December release, but now the makers locked the Summer 2025 release.

Prabhas, Mohanlal and Akshay Kumar will be seen in special cameos. Preity Mukhundhan, Sarathkumar, Brahmanandam, Madhoo, Devaraj, Aishwarya, Mukesh Rishi and Kaushal Manda are part of the supporting roles.
Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the mythological drama will also feature Vishnu’s son, Avram Manchu.
Produced by AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory, the film has music composed by Stephen Devassy, editing by Anthony and cinematography by Sheldon Chau.
