The much-anticipated Jawan prevue has been finally released today. The film starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (in a special appearance). Jawan is a high-octane action thriller which outlines the emotional journey of a man who is set to rectify the wrongs in society.
The two-minute promo video begins with a voiceover by lead Shah Rukh, who says, “I don’t know who I am or what I am.” He goes on to say how he made a promise to his mother, fulfilling which is his promise. “Am I good or bad, a blessing or a curse, ask these questions yourself. Because I am you, for better or worse.” Until this, we see glimpses of the soldier that Shah Rukh plays.
We also see glimpses of the characters played by Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani.
Recently, reports claimed that King Khan and Atlee will shoot a song for the film in Dubai soon. The reports also suggested that the location has been finalized by SRK himself. It is touted to be ‘the song with the best visuals in the album’ and it will reportedly be shot over a period of 6 days.
Earlier, Jawan was slated to release on June 2. Now, it will hit theatres on September 7.
