Jawan box office collection day 2: Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee’s first collaboration registered the biggest ever opening for a Hindi film in India and worldwide. Released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages on over 9000 screens across the world.
Red Chillies Entertainment’s production has received exciting reviews from the viewers and garnered super-positive word of mouth. As the result, Jawan opened on a phenomenal note on Thursday and smashed all box office record with Rs 65.50 crores.
With a slight decline on Friday, Shah Rukh Khan’s mass entertainer managed to collect Rs 46.23 crores and has registered a 2-day total of Rs 111.73 crores nett with its Hindi version.
While, Telugu and Tamil versions of Jawan earned Rs 9.50 crores on Thursday and Rs 7 crores on Friday, taking the total collection of the dubs to 16.50 crores nett at the domestic box office.
The movies also features Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (billed as a special appearance), Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra.
