Actor Harshvardhan Rane is reportedly in talks to play the antagonist in the high-octane action thriller Race 4. Nothing has been confirmed till now. Filmfare has reported that the discussions are ongoing.
The entertainment portal has quoted a source saying, “Harsh’s stupendous success with the re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam has paid rich dividends. He’s been getting some plum offers, one of which is the opportunity to play the antagonist in Race 4. He’s not been finalised yet, but chances are this casting coup will come to fruition.”
Earlier reports suggested that Sidharth Malhotra might also be a part of Race 4, but no cast member aside from Saif Ali Khan has been officially confirmed. Additionally, the film’s leading ladies have yet to be decided.
A report from India Today has also claimed that Nikkhil Advani is taking the director’s seat and has already begun filming Race 4 with Saif Ali Khan in Delhi. A source stated, “Saif Ali Khan and Nikkhil Advani are working together on an exciting new project. The shoot in Delhi is currently underway, but we cannot confirm if it is related to Race 4 or something else.”
Reports suggest that Race 4 is expected to go on floors in the first quarter of 2025, and fans are eagerly waiting for more details on this high-octane action thriller.
