Makers of the upcoming sports drama film ‘Ghoomer’ on Friday unveiled the film’s official trailer. Helmed by R Balki, the film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, Shabana Azmi and Angada Bedi in the lead roles.
Taking to social media handle Hope Production shared the trailer and wrote, “Baayein haath ka khel. #GhoomerTrailer out now! #GhoomerInCinemas on 18th August”.
Abhishek is seen playing the role of a coach, whose life takes a sudden turn when he crosses paths with a sportsperson who lost one hand in an accident, played by Saiyami Kher. Together, the two unfold against societal challenges and personal struggles.
Ghoomer is all set to premiere at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2023. It will be screened on August 12 at Hoyts, Docklands.
Produced by Hope Film Makers in association with Saraswati Entertainment, Ghoomer will arrive in cinemas on August 18, 2023.
