The last Friday released mega-budget Hindi film Ganapath has ended a week on a DISASTER note. Unfortunately, this post apocalyptic dystopian action drama film failed to impress the viewers and has received rejection across the country.
Over the weekend, Ganapath had remained under-performed and did the business Rs 6.75 crores at the weekend which included Rs 2.50 crores on Friday, Rs 2.25 crores on Saturday, and Rs 2.25 crores on Sunday.
On weekdays, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon starrer bagged Rs 1.30 crores on Monday, Rs 1.50 crores on Tuesday, and Rs 1.10 crores on Wednesday. Then on Thursday, with a further drop, the film Ganapath minted an amount of Rs 0.90 crores and registered a total of Rs 11.80 crores net within 7 days at the domestic box office.
On the other hand, Yaariyan 2 did the business of Rs 3.50 crores in the first weekend with Rs 1.20 crore on Friday, Rs 1.30 crores on Saturday & Rs 1 crores on Sunday.
Then on weekdays, Divya, Pearl and Meezaan starrer had managed to collect Rs 0.50 crore on Monday, Rs 0.30 crore on Tuesday & Rs 0.25 crore on Wednesday. On the next day i.e. Thursday, with a slight decline, the film has bagged the amount of Rs 0.20 crore and raised its one week total collection to Rs 4.75 crores nett.
In parallel, Ravi Teja starrer Tiger Nageswara Rao had scored only Rs 14.74 crores in the weekend. On weekdays, it remains steady minted Rs 4.06 crore on Monday, Rs 5.35 crore on Tuesday, Rs 3 crore on Wednesday & Rs 1.75 crore on Thursday. After 7 days, its total collection has become Rs 29.44 crores nett.
